Terms of Service

By placing an order with Surfpaints, you agree to the following terms:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement

  • After this time, cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched (dispatch occurs at 11:00 AM AEST, Monday to Friday)

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping details are entered. Incorrect addresses may result in return and reshipping fees

  • Refunds are not available after 60 days from the order confirmation email

  • If incorrect items are ordered and not reported within 12 hours, we reserve the right to deny a replacement

We always aim to resolve issues fairly and always encourage customers to contact us directly to avoid anything outside our control that incurs time and fees from 3rd parties.
