4. Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse at 11:00 AM AEST, Monday to Friday, using Australia Post and other couriers as needed.

Domestic delivery times:

  • NSW: Express 1–2 business days | Standard 2–4 business days

  • All other states: Express 1–3 business days | Standard 3–10 business days

International delivery times:

  • USA: 7–11 business days

  • NZ: 3–5 business days

  • Other regions: 6–12+ business days

Priority Express + Cover (Australia only):

  • Priority pick and pack before daily cutoff

  • Orders are fully covered for loss or non-delivery upon postal investigation

International pricing may be slightly higher due to conversion fees, built-in shipping costs, and increased administrative handling. We are not responsible for import duties or taxes. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid taxes, we will credit only the product value minus any return fees.
